This policy explains what Tekton AI — Prophetic Tracker collects, why, and the choices you have.
Account data: your name, email address, hashed password, organization name, and role. Application data: the prophetic records, confirmations, fulfillment events, themes, and scriptures your organization enters. Operational logs:request metadata and error reports used to keep the Service running.
To provide the Service, authenticate you, send transactional email (verification, password reset, team invitations), and diagnose problems. We do not use your application data for advertising and do not use it to train machine-learning models.
We set a single session cookie so you stay signed in. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies, so there is no cookie consent banner. If that changes, this policy and the interface will be updated first.
Hosting and the Postgres database are provided by Vercel and its managed Postgres partner. Transactional email, when enabled, is sent through Resend. Optional error tracking, when enabled, uses Sentry. Optional “Sign in with Google” shares only your Google email and basic profile with us, and only when you choose it.
Application data is kept until your organization deletes it or deletes the organization. You can delete your own account from Account → Danger zone; an administrator can delete the whole organization from the same place, which permanently removes all of its data.
Passwords are stored hashed with bcrypt. Traffic is served over HTTPS with strict transport security and a content security policy. Access to organization data is scoped to authenticated members of that organization.
For data questions or deletion help, contact your Service administrator.
