These terms govern your use of Tekton AI — Prophetic Tracker (the “Service”), operated by the Service provider (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
You must provide an accurate email address and keep your credentials secure. An organization’s first user is its administrator and is responsible for the members they invite and the data those members enter. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Do not use the Service to store unlawful content, to infringe others’ rights, to attempt to breach security or access data that is not yours, or to disrupt the Service. We may suspend accounts that do.
You retain ownership of the prophetic records, confirmations, and other content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and display that content back to your organization. We do not sell your content and do not use it to train models.
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties. We may change or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data beyond our reasonable control. Keep your own backups of anything critical.
You may delete your account or organization at any time from the account settings. We may terminate access for material breach of these terms.
